Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website. It is run by Duit Solutions Corp., a Colorado corporation based in Loveland, Colorado ("Duit", "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Using the site
You're welcome to read the site, share links to it and contact us through it. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its contact form;
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or anything unlawful or harmful;
- copy or scrape the site in bulk, apart from ordinary search-engine indexing.
Duit's products and consulting
The site describes Duit, Consortium, Omphalos and our consulting services in general terms. Using any of them is covered by a separate written agreement between your company and us, and that agreement, not this page, sets what we provide, what it costs, how your data is handled and each side's responsibilities.
Where we help you choose or set up plans with other providers, such as AI model or agent providers, your use of their services is covered by your agreement with them.
About AI
AI systems can be wrong. The demos on this site show Duit naming its sources and asking a person to confirm before anything is sent to a customer, and that is how we design it. Even so, check what matters before you rely on it.
What's ours, and what isn't
The site's text, design, code, animations and graphics, and the Duit, Consortium and Omphalos names and the Duit mark, belong to us or to those who license them to us. Please don't reuse them without our permission, except where the law allows.
Some material belongs to others and stays under its own terms. The JetBrains Mono typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Other companies' names and logos, such as those of the CRMs, apps and AI agents shown on the site, appear only to show what Duit connects to or works with. They belong to their owners. We claim no rights in them, and showing them doesn't mean those companies are affiliated with Duit or sponsor or endorse it.
Information, not an offer
The demos are illustrations. The example Duit at the top of the home page plays fixed, scripted answers in your browser. It doesn't use AI or connect to any of the apps it names. The people, companies, jobs and data in them are made up; they don't show real customers or results. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract or professional advice.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Other sites
Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what happens to the information you send us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies from that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. The state and federal courts in Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
