Privacy
This notice explains what the Duit website collects and what happens to it. "We" means Duit Solutions Corp., a Colorado corporation based in Loveland, Colorado, which runs this site. It covers the website only; the Duit product has its own data terms in your company's agreement with us.
In short
- The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage or similar browser storage.
- It has no analytics, ads, trackers or third-party scripts. Its fonts and images come from the site itself.
- We receive only what you choose to send us through the demo request form.
- The example Duit at the top of the home page runs only in your browser. What you type there isn't sent to us, to any AI provider or to anyone else, and it isn't saved: reloading or closing the page clears it.
What we collect
When you send the form, we receive your name, your work email, your company, your trade, your team size and your message, if you write one. Nothing else on the site sends us information. The example Duit window on the home page works entirely in your browser: what you type there never leaves it and isn't stored.
Like any web host, ours sees the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, and keeps them in short-lived logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use them to identify, track or profile visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, set up a demo and keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell or rent it, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the requests people send us.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website and will run the form.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts the inbox where messages to us arrive.
They handle the data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies, and may process it in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and delete it within 12 months of our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@duit.sh and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, data-protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
